The Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia (abbreviated as FNR Yugoslavia or FNRJ) is a state later known as the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. After the elections for the Constituent Assembly in November 1945, the country was renamed on November 29, 1945 from the initial name Democratic Federative Yugoslavia to the Federative People's Republic of Yugoslavia. In 1963, the FNRJ changed its name to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
