SRJ Federal Republic Of Yugoslavia Police Milicia M89 Kevlar Helmet DHL Express Worldwide Shipping
M89 helmet was issued to the "Milicija" MUP troops (Ministry of Internal affairs). Identical design & manufacture as the M89 army version. Blue-nylon liner variation exists as well. Issued in dark blue/green, with red star in front (later covered by Serbian tricolor police insignia).
This helmet saw mostly use in Serbia & Montenegro, I've never seen these in use in other republics.
